How long does Repour last?

One Repour has the capacity to absorb the oxygen (which is what causes your wine to go bad) from one 750ml bottle of wine consumed glass-by-glass, and it will keep that open bottle fresh for up to two months.

Can I use Repour on more than one bottle?

One Repour is good for the life of one 750ml bottle of wine, whether it’s poured over the course of a few days or in a few weeks. In between pours, use Repour as a normal stopper. As a rule of thumb, when your bottle is empty, so is Repour.

How does Repour work?

There’s a packet inside the stopper, and material in that packet removes the oxygen in the bottle, keeping it fresh for up to two months.

What’s in the stopper?

There’s a packet inside the stopper, and the ingredients in that packet—all naturally-occurring, FDA food-grade material—remove the oxygen from the bottle. Without oxygen, the wine is able to stay fresh. There are no by-products of this process, and nothing enters the wine.

Can I lay a bottle on its side when it has a Repour in it?

Bottles with Repour in them should be stored upright.

Can Repour be recycled?

Yes. Repour is made of 100% recyclable materials.

Does Repour change the taste or aroma of the wine?

Neither taste nor aroma are affected by Repour's technology. Repour is so effective at removing the oxygen that sometimes a glass of wine stored under Repour will need to open up again to regain that taste and aroma, just like a freshly opened bottle of wine.

What is the shelf life of an unused Repour?

A minimum of two years.

Does Repour work on sparkling wine?

Yes, but the pressure inside the bottle can cause it to pop off the top. We know people who are using it on sparkling wines, but we don't endorse that use due to this risk. We're working on a fixture that will securely hold Repour on a bottle so it can be used with no concern, so stay tuned!

I refrigerate my red wines to stop deterioration. Is that necessary with Repour?

With Repour, refrigeration is not needed to slow deterioration. If you want to refrigerate your wine, go ahead; it will not interfere with Repour's ability to perfectly preserve your wine.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of order. Any return deadline prior to January 5th, 2025 will be extended until January 5th, 2025 to allow for an extended return period for holiday returns.

Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. We will provide a pre-paid return label and your refund amount will be the amount paid for product less $5.00 for the supplied return shipping label. The refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. E-mail us at support@repour.com to let us know you’d like to process a return. Include you name, address, phone number, order number, and the reason for the return.
  2. Upon request, we will e-mail a return label for you to attach to the original packaging; be sure to remove all other labels. Drop the package off at your local USPS (United States Postal Service) location.
  3. Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item(s). Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for your credit to appear on your statement.

Faulty or Damaged Product:

If a Repour stopper is faulty or was damaged in shipment, we want to know and make it right. We will fully refund the purchase price or replace the product at no charge; whichever you prefer.

Simply e-mail a picture of the faulty item(s) to support@repour.com along with your name, address, phone number, and order number. We’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 3 business days.
